Stephen Sadler, President / CEO

B.S. (Summa Cum Laude) – Central Michigan University

Stephen Sadler (Steve) was born in Nottingham England, raised in Blenheim, Ontario, Canada and in 2005 he and his family became US Citizens. Steve and his wife Laurie are the founders of SCATE® Technologies, Inc.

 

Prior to SCATE, Steve worked for Talon Automotive - Veltri Division (Troy Mi) for 11 years and resigned as Director of Engineering in 2001. Steve is also a Summa Cum Laude Science Graduate of Central Michigan University.

 

Steve currently holds numerous patents in various technologies and has assisted many other businesses in developing and launching their new technology. His name is also listed as the registered inventor for two other technologies, one of which is currently used to gather real time sport statistical data and video for Pro, College and High School sports.

 

In addition, Steve is an accomplished software and robotics programmer who still enjoys teaching college classes for the following subjects; Perl, PHP, Flash Action Script, MySQL, C#, ASP.net, Linux.

 

On a personal side, Steve was a competitive body builder, that now enjoys coaching football / Soccer, playing ice hockey, lifting weights, his Church (Gingellville Community Church GCC) and let’s not forget inventing technology that creates a positive impact to this crazy world we live in.



 

Jeff Holth, Chief Technology Officer

Computer Science – Bowling Green State University


Jeff Holth is currently the Chief Technology Officer for SCATE® Technologies Inc. He brings 23 years of information technology and organizational development experience with both domestic and global enterprises.

In addition to several other successful commercial product launches (i.e. WinBEEP, APTNet..), Jeff was the Sales Manager of Fox Software Inc. which was the OEM of the FoxPro line of database development tools. Fox Software Inc. was acquired by Microsoft in the early 90's.

Jeff was previously the Regional Account Executive of the number one eLearning company in the world where he was responsible for implementation of long term enterprise application agreements for globally deployed eLearning solutions.

Jeff was instrumental in assisting these companies to develop their commercial software products and to successfully execute the market strategies.



 

Laurie Sadler, CFO

DSW (Cum Lauda) – St.Clair College
Graduate Studies in Sociology – University of Windsor


Laurie is currently the CFO of SCATE® Technologies Inc. and leads both the Finance and Human Resource departments. She has 20 years experience in finance, accounting, collective bargaining and contract disputes. She held the position of Local Controller, responsible for the finances of the Canadian Union of Public Employees (CUPE) for 10 years. Laurie also has more than 25 years experience in education, special education and behavior management.

During her tenure at the Kent County board of education, she co-authored a document that lead to the implementation of a behavior adjustment unit for the entire county. This unit was responsible for reaching mal-adjusted adolescents and assisting them to complete their education and become a productive citizen.
Her dream is to provide the tools that empower individuals and companies to achieve their goals without negatively effecting their financial position.



 

Daniel A Rea, V.P. of Sales

B.A. – University of Western Ontario
Diploma of Agriculture – Ridgetown College of Agriculture


Daniel (Dan) is currently the COO/CMO of SCATE® Technologies. Dan brings over 25 years of entrepreneurial experience ranging from automotive, agriculture, food and beverage, sports and recreation, and software technology.

He began a 15 year tenure at a premier Tier 1 OEM automotive supplier. His advancement to an executive marketing position assisted this company to become the top five suppliers in their product group. The product line and systems produced were installed worldwide providing systems to the North American, Asian and European OEM marketplace.

The sale of this Tier 1 automotive supplier created the opportunity to enter the real estate market where various projects produced a wide range of retail offerings from food services to state of the art ice skating facilities. Rounding off his varied experience in the business world included his participation in the management of a corporate farming operation, where he coordinated the marketing efforts of various livestock and crop operations creating over $2,500,000 in annual sales.

Dan offers his expertise and entrepreneurial experience in all the various components of building a successful business.
